Event details:
During the event time, players whose accumulative charge is above 100 USD will be awarded top-purple hero.
For Example:
1. If player A charge 50 USD in the 6th and also he charge 50 USD in the 8th , he will get an extra top-purple hero after the event time.
2.If player B charge 500 USD in the 6th , he will get five extra top-purple hero after the event time.
